No Refunds for Completed Services:
Once a service (such as ad campaigns, SEO, content creation, etc.) has been initiated or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Advance Payments:
Payments made in advance for monthly retainers or packages are non-refundable once work has begun. Any request for cancellation must be made at least 3 days prior to the renewal date.
Duplicate Payment:
If a payment has been made more than once for the same service due to technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days after verification.
